Never-ending cycle

Energy goes up and energy gets drained away and then energy goes up again and once more drained away. Such a normal cycle but I think my life is on an extreme rollercoaster. I've had some pretty intense highs and incredible dips of energy. The speeches and Q&A at WSC in Spartanburg were great. I was nervous but I didn't let anybody tell :-P and then going back to Mexico I was asked to facilitate the Leadership Development Seminar instead of participating in CONAL. I was super psyched to facilitate because it was a ton of fun working with the new members, but it required a lot more energy.

I finally slept in my bed for the first time in three weeks and it was amazing. But I absolutely need a few more nights to recover back to 100%. My mommy and her Buckely arrive in 2 days and so that'll be wonderful to see them. MCP interviews are the last stage in the process before the selection committee must make the final decision. We should all know before February what the results are - INTENSE.

That's the update for the past few weeks. So much happened but there's not time to write it all down along with everything that was learned along the way.
